  • Atleast 6 to 8 years of experience in Managing SOC operations.

Job Description:
Head the SOC providing Managed Security Services to customers

  • Assist the team and manage customers’ security products including Check Point Firewalls, CiscoASAs, Blue Coat Proxy Servers, LogRhythm and IBM QRadar SIEM
  • Plan with the customers, review and provide life cycle management of the products (day to day Configuration, firmware upgrades, migrations etc.)
  • Manage SIEM alarms, identification, investigation and reporting
  • Handle escalations
  • Review and manage changes to the customer security infrastructure
  • Present to the customers with site to site reviews related to network performance, security incident handling
  • Monthly and quarterly reviews with customers
  • Interface and coordinate global operations with SOC, Vancouver (Head Office)
  • Ensure effective, efficient and complete coverage of SOC at all times
  • Ensure consistency in responses and methods of investigation
  • Owns reporting delivery for both customers and internal metrics
  • Interface with compliance for all audits (ISO 27001, SOX, PCI), training, certification, validation
  • Staffing forecasting and recruiting
  • Selecting and building high performance team members with critical capabilities and strengths
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring of staff
  • Assist the team with career development and performance management

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher level of education.

Certification:

  • CCNA / CCNA Security / ITIL / CEH or any Security Related certifications will be a plus.
